You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. You agree to notify Shell96 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. Shell96 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
Malaysian Players may conduct Account activity in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Currency conversion, where applicable, will be performed at rates determined by Shell96 at the time of transaction.
Shell96 is obligated under its international licensing requirements to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all registered Accounts. KYC verification is required before a Player may make their first withdrawal and may also be requested at any other time at Shell96's discretion.

Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours subject to network confirmation times. Shell96 does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by payment processors, banking institutions, or network congestion.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the same Account, or to a verified Account held in the Player's own name. Shell96 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Player funds are held in accounts segregated from Shell96's operational funds. This segregation is maintained to protect player balances in the ordinary course of business. Shell96's licensing authority requires this segregation as a condition of continued licensing.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits ("Bonuses") issued by Shell96 are subject to these General Bonus Terms and any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence.

In the event of a system malfunction, technical error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game or wager, Shell96 reserves the right to void the relevant round or transaction. Shell96 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by match manipulation, force majeure, or data error.
All account balances for Malaysian Players are displayed in MYR. Odds on the sportsbook are displayed in the format selected by the Player (decimal, fractional, or Hong Kong format). Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Accepted bets are locked at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Shell96 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Account balances:
Shell96 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that: (a) the Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Account shows signs of fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity; (c) the Account holder fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or (d) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform, other Players, or Shell96's licensing obligations.
Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting Shell96 support. Any remaining Real Money Balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player via their last-used payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements. Bonus Funds and wagering-requirement-linked balances will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. Shell96 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee to dormant Account balances as described in the applicable fee schedule. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied.
